AQ-BMH Hoist Semi Gantry Crane
This kind of semi gantry crane only has two legs, and one side is operated by the track on the warehouse. AQ-MH and AQ-BMH can also be used with European type hoist, which is called European single girder gantry crane or European single girder semi gantry crane. AQ-MG Double Girder Gantry Crane
Double girder gantry crane is composed of trolley, crane operation mechanism, electricity, gantry (main beam, outrigger, end beam, saddle, ground beam, ladder platform, walking platform handrail, trolley track and limit installation, cab installation), etc. There are mainly A-frame and U-frame double girder cranes.
The U-shaped structure has a large leg space, which is suitable for lifting large-scale objects to the cantilever end for loading and unloading. Generally, there is no saddle in the U-type double girder gantry crane; the double girder gantry crane has no saddle when there is no cantilever, and only saddle when there is cantilever. When the span is ≥ 35m, the legs are divided into rigid legs and flexible legs. The flexible legs are used to compensate the structural deformation caused by temperature difference. It’s like the function of expansion joints in architecture.
The double girder gantry crane can be powered by cable drum, diesel generator set or bare copper slide wire. Compared with the double girder bridge crane, the double girder gantry crane has legs and saddles. As for the trolley and crane running mechanism, they are consistent with the double girder bridge crane. It can also be configured in European style, which is called European double girder gantry crane.

Container Gantry Crane
RTG container gantry crane and RMG container gantry crane are special cranes used for containers lifting and moving. It is a lifting equipment specially used for container loading and unloading in ports and wharves, with high speed and high working level, which is used for container wharves. After the trailer transports the container to the yard or the rear, it can be piled up by the container gantry crane or directly loaded and transported away, which can speed up the turnover of the container bridge or other cranes. A yard that can stack containers of 3-4 layers in height and 6 rows in width is generally of tire type and rail type. Compared with container straddle crane, the span and height of both sides of gantry crane are larger. In order to meet the needs of port transportation, this kind of crane has a higher working level. The span is determined by the number of container rows to be crossed. The maximum span is about 60m, corresponding to the lifting capacity of 20 foot, 30 foot and 40 foot long containers of about 20t, 25t and 30t respectively.
